  • Bob Baker

    Bob is an executive search leader with an unrelenting passion for organizations where missions are achieved and people can thrive. Prior to his work in executive search, Bob served in leadership roles for numerous non-profits in California and Arizona, including churches, counseling centers, and emergency shelters.

    Bob’s work with Infuse’s clients is informed by more than 20 years of work in executive search and organizational consulting, and a lifetime of involvement in Christian ministry. His clients have included Fortune 100 companies, government entities, Christian non-profits, and family-owned businesses.

    Over the last 10-12 years Bob has been active in higher education, teaching graduate students at both Azusa Pacific and California Baptist Universities. He is currently serving as a Fellow for the Dr. Paul and Annie Kienel Leadership Institute at California Baptist University.

    Bob has an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and two years of Ph.D. education in Organization Development from Benedictine University. His undergraduate music degree is from Grand Canyon University and he has more than 1000 music and theater performances to his credit, ranging from college jazz bands to professional opera companies (who knew?).

    When not working, volunteering, or enjoying time with family, Bob is an avid sports fan, amateur chef, bad golfer, and recreational cyclist. Bob’s wife, Deb, is a professor at Simpson University and they are the proud parents of two amazing daughters.

  • James Jones

    James is a seasoned executive who provides expertise in trend analysis, change management, organizational behavior and strategic and tactical planning. He comes to Infuse from a strong background with three distinct career experiences.

    First, he spent 10 years in State and National politics, culminating in a two-year stint as a Senior Analyst for President George H.W. Bush, Sr. in the fields of strategy, communications and fundraising.

    More specifically, James worked as a communications strategist and state-by-state strategic analyst, and was one of the lead opposition researchers for the President’s campaign. In addition, throughout his political career he was a chief fundraiser to Senators, Congressman, Governors and local candidates.

    James then spent 12 years in executive leadership of large NPO’s such as Pacific Clinics (the largest NPO in California) and Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission. In addition, he has acted as a consultant for small to mid-size NPO’s.

    Finally, he was a small business owner - owning/operating one of the top boutique talent agencies in Hollywood - where he was named SAG (Screen Actors Guild) Agent of the Year.

    James holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Whitworth University, a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Masters of Business Management from Azusa Pacific University.
